All of our services can be provided in-person, virtually, or hybrid.

Each athlete goes through an initial assessment which includes joint by joint orthopedic testing as well as muscle length testing. We then create the master plan for the athletes program using these results. This is a collaborative process to help give the athlete a voice in their own care and treatment.
